WE ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCEPTING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS UNLESS OUR CLIENT IS PERMITTED BY LAW TO MAKE SUCH ARRANGEMENTS
We accept payments by credit, debit, or check card, cash, personal check, cashier’s check, money order, and PayPal. All partial payments regardless of payment method are subject to a $15.00 per payment collection cost, if permitted by the covenants or bylaws of your respective community. Payment remitted over the phone via credit card, debit card or check card, shall be subject to an additional cost of up to 3.09% of the amount being paid PLUS an additional $0.49 cost. Any payment remitted electronically via PayPal (credit card, debit card, check card, electronic check or bank transfer) shall be subject to an additional cost of up to 3.49% of the amount being paid, PLUS an additional $0.49. If you are remitting your final payment via PayPal, you must manually add the additional 3.49% of the amount being paid, PLUS the additional $0.49, to your payment, as it is not automatically calculated. If the additional costs are not added manually to your "final" payment, your account may not be considered paid in full until the additional amounts have been remitted. Please note, if payment is being remitted from outside of the United States, additional costs may apply. The debtor is responsible for any costs associated with remittance of an electronic payment. When remitting your "final" payment, you may mail a cashier's check, money order or personal check for your balance in full, and there would be no additional cost for payment in full by those methods. Please contact this office directly to speak with a representative if you have any questions regarding your account, payment methods or for calculation of the additional cost associated with an electronic payment. IF YOU REMIT A "FINAL" PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL BUT DO NOT INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR PAYING ELECTRONICALLY, YOUR ACCOUNT MAY NOT BE CLOSED AND YOU MAY BE BILLED FOR THE ADDITIONAL COSTS.
